Ashwagandha: The natural energizer

Ashwangandha (Withania somnifera) has been known from ancient times to have a positive effect on the nervous system. Numerous scientific studies have shown that regular consumption of Ashwagandha leads to significant improvements in mental health, concentration, fatigue, social functioning, vitality and overall Quality of Life (QoL).
